This loft was designed for a single male in his mid-40s. He entertains often and needed a space to do so. The loft floor plan was created using AutoCAD. SketchUp was then used to create the 3D model and Enscape was used to enhance the materials.

The space was designed to look structured and polished, yet inviting. Steel beams run through both floors to bring another dimension of structure into the space. A freestanding fireplace acts as an accent piece, while still being functional.
